| Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival 2008 |
The
Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival will be back again for the second
time with more than 20 international, national and local musicians
performing on 21
June 2008 at 1Borneo. Tickets to the evening performances are priced at RM100 and RM50 per person. The Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu is the main organizer of the festival, assisted by the Society of Performing Arts Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (SPArKS) Kota Kinabalu City Hall and Sabah Tourism Board. | Mascot Design Competition | The
Organizing Committee of the 2nd Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival invites you
to participate in the Mascot Design Competition. The selected Mascot
will be one of the most significant symbols of the Jazz Festival, as
well as a key image vehicle for communicating and embodying the spirit
of the Jazz Festival. We look forward to your participation and wish you the best of luck in successfully making your design the Jazz Festival ambassador. | Pre Festival Jam Sessions |
Jam Sessions will be
organised to create awareness about the festival as well as to provide
a platform for young musicians to perform.
